So I haven't done a blog in a long time due to work and other things going on in my life. Now I'm back!!
Some recent events have occurred for the better. The main thing is I switched Crossfit clubs to take advantage of better coaching and to get more involved with the Olympic Weightlifting aspect. My new club is http://www.crossfitlineage.com/ and they offer great coaching plus an Olympic Weightlifting class to help your technique.
Since I have started my Olympic Lifting I have come to realize that I really enjoy it and would like to compete in it. Since starting this class I have realized I need to fine tune my diet for better recovery and also do more mobility drills and stretching. My joints have been sore and my muscle gets very inflamed from time to time. Talked to my Dietitian and we are changing some stuff in my diet.
